Hi, I'm Katelyn Borders, founder of KB Cº.

I help ministries, churches, small businesses, and organizations turn great ideas into practical systems that work.

Over the years, I've noticed a common challenge: leaders often have a clear vision but struggle to find the time, structure, or resources needed to bring that vision to life. That's where I come in.

Whether I'm building training programs, creating leadership resources, documenting processes, designing ministry toolkits, or helping organizations improve efficiency, my goal is always the same: to create clarity, reduce frustration, and equip people to focus on what matters most.

My background combines Learning & Development, process improvement, instructional design, and organizational strategy. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with more than a decade of experience in training and workforce development, I've spent my career helping people learn, grow, and succeed. Today, I bring those same skills to churches, ministries, nonprofits, and businesses that need practical solutions tailored to their unique mission.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all consulting. Every organization is different, every leader faces unique challenges, and every solution should reflect that reality. That's why I work alongside my clients to understand their goals, identify obstacles, and develop systems that are both effective and sustainable.
